Wilma to have a new address – here’s how to start using the new Wilma!

The address of the Wilma service for basic and upper secondary education in Porvoo will change on 28 December 2021. The Wilma service will operate as usual until 3 pm on 27 December 2021. Wilma will be out of service from 3 pm on 27 December 2021 to 10 am on 28 December 2021.

Using the Wilma online service as of 28 December 2021

Starting from Tuesday 28 December 2021, Wilma will be available at: https://porvoo.inschool.fi.

Using the Wilma mobile service as of 28 December 2021

Mobile users will primarily be able to use the app directly after the change. 
The account should be retrieved again in any problematic situations to ensure that the app starts working:
 

1.    Open the mobile app and select user accounts (menu on the top left).

2.    Tap on the user ID and select ‘poista’ (delete).

3.    Go to ‘Valitse Wilma’ (select Wilma).

4.    Search for porvoo.inschool.fi.

5.    Sign in to the app with your user ID and password.

If you have forgotten your password

Guardians: go to https://porvoo.inschool.fi and change your password under "Unohditko salasanasi?” (forgotten password). If you are unable to change your password or you have other issues with using Wilma, please contact the school secretary of your school.
